1. Controlled, repeatable intake

Can you map a data cut once into a validated structure and reuse it every cycle? Repeatability is what makes runs comparable across time and across a portfolio — and it's the foundation everything else sits on.

2. Transparent, validated calculation logic

Disproportionality methods (PRR, ROR, Yates χ², EBGM/IC) should be documented and consistent — not a black box. Reviewers need to understand and trust the numbers they're acting on.
